1. Species not listed in CITES:
(1) If the offer is accepted, an advance payment of 50% (freight excluded) is required.
(2) After receiving the advance payment, we will select turtles, make them undergo export quarantine and book the air freight.
(3) It takes about 3-7 days to make preparations mentioned above. Afterward we will inform you of the flight number and arrival time. Meanwhile, the remaining50% of payment and total freight should be paid.
(4) If we receive all the payment and freight, we will arrange package and delivery.
(5) If the turtle is unfortunately dead, buyers should provide videos and photos of it within 12 hours. If it is confirmed, we will compensate the buyers with the same amount of turtles in the next delivery or offer a negotiated discount.
2. CITESSpecies listed in CITES:
(1) It takes about 30-45 days to acquire the approval of the exporting species listed in CITES. Thus, reservation should be made 45 days in advance. The reservation of some species for the first time should be made 60 days before hand.
(2) Except for the time of reservation mentioned above, other procedures are similar to those listed above inSpecies not listed in CITES. If we fail to get approval, we will return the total advanced payment.
